Service Advisory: Expect Shipment Delays to and from Vancouver Region

Due to the flooding and mudslides in British Columbia, all roads connecting Vancouver and the lower mainland are blocked. The situation is critical and we are keeping members of the impacted communities in our thoughts as we wish for their safety.

Please be aware of how these conditions will affect our transportation services to and from the Vancouver region:

• As of now, anything in transit moving to or from the Vancouver region via road is detained in the blockade and rail services are delayed by at least 72 hours.
• We are postponing scheduling any new pick-ups in this affected area until service is restored.
  We will continue to monitor this situation by the hour to watch for when we are authorized to continue shipments to and from the Vancouver area.
