One sector that has changed dramatically since we started our business is the print industry.
It represented the bulk of our activity in the early years. First came the switch from traditional film and plates to digital technology; then more offshore production; then shorter runs and companies publishing in house. The amount of commercial printing distributed for marketing is a fraction of what it once was. Now our primary printed commodity is packaging for the food, cosmetics & pharmaceutical industries that goes hand in hand with our stringent food handling protocols.
Still, we know the business and continue to transport print and packaging within Canada and between Canada and the USA.
